The Woman Who Achieves Awards continue to inspire so many women in business to celebrate and recognise their achievements, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of the judging panel again this year.

Julie McGarrigle

I’m delighted to support the Woman Who Awards again this year as a judge.

It’s a pleasure to watch women grow in confidence as they realise what they have achieved personally and professionally, and the work Sandra does to promote women in business is extraordinary.

I am very proud and honoured to have been asked to be a judge again this year.

I am passionate about celebrating the contribution made by all the nominees, finalists, and winners to encourage and inspire the next generation.

Angela Tellyn

Regional Lead - West Midlands, Careers & Enterprise Company

Last year I was so inspired by the amazing entries we saw and of course the wonderful moment people realise they are finalists or winners!

Celebrating success is so important and having a business you feel proud to nominate in itself is a win. Being part of the Woman Who tribe is a win!

I look forward to meeting all of the incredible women who will be celebrating their successes in 2022 and I am so grateful to Sandra for the opportunity!

Every year it is an honour to be invited back as a judge for the woman who awards.

I’m always amazed by the calibre of entries received and wish we could award everybody who enters. It’s a difficult job to choose a winner because every woman who takes pride in their business and is brave enough to enter should be celebrated.

I encourage all business women to give it a go as the benefits of being a finalist or a winner can do wonders for your personal and business brand.

Judging for Woman Who is an Honour. I know I will meet the most amazing businesses, amazing women, and I am always stunned by the depth of their stories, both their personal stories and their business stories.

Last year I was exhilarated, enthralled, and deeply saddened by the stories behind the business and the person. We cannot separate the two. I am delighted to be on the judging panel this year.

When Sandra asked me to judge the Woman Who Writes category I was delighted and proud.

As an author and writing mentor, being passionate about writing and storytelling comes with the territory. Supporting authors is a big part of my life, and watching the power a book has on its audience is a joy.

I’m looking forward to celebrating our local female authors.

I’m delighted and honoured to be judging the Woman Who Awards in 2022.

I know it will be a difficult task because the standard of entries is always so incredibly high. Good luck to everyone.

It is a real honour for me to not only be involved in these prestigious awards, but also to see first-hand the impressive achievements happening around us every day.

My only worry is having to choose a winner!

Gus Bhandal

The Marketing Guru

I am delighted to have been asked to be part of the judging panel for the 2022 Woman Who Achieves Awards.
I have been a finalist for 3 years, I won a commendation in 2019, and achieved my goal of winning ‘glass’ for the Woman Who Achieves Services’ in 2021 which was a highlight of my year.
Business Awards are an important part of any business development and marketing strategy – and I am particularly proud to be part of the Woman Who Achieves Awards which are renowned for the high standards of finalists and winners, along with the support leading up to and after the event. You know when you have won a ‘Woman Who Achieves Award’ you are in amazing company.
I am really looking forward to finding out more about the women behind the business, with a focus on demonstrations of resilience, positivity, and the ability to adapt through difficult circumstances.

I’m both honoured and delighted that Sandra has invited me to judge the awards again in 2022.

Last year was a fabulous experience, even if it was extremely difficult to choose between some of the amazing candidates. It’s been amazing to watch their growth through social media posts since.

I know that this year will be just as difficult; I’m looking forward to seeing some of last years finalists returning to find out how their businesses have blossomed in 2021 and also new finalists with equally inspiring stories. Bring it on!

I’m proud to be returning as a judge for the Woman Who Achieves Awards this year!

This will be my third year as a judge, and it’s been a pleasure to join the fantastic community of incredible women in business. Covid impacted many of us, our businesses, and our livelihoods, but Woman Who has kept us going through their online community, so it’s an absolute pleasure to be invited back again.

As an equity, diversity, and inclusion coach, I’m looking forward to celebrating the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day, Break the Bias, which is so vital for promoting women in the workplace and giving equal opportunities for development and progression.

I’m really excited to meet amazing women leaders and hear their stories of how they continue to break the bias.

I’m excited to be a Judge for Woman Who again. Last year it was an honour to meet the finalists and read through all the amazing entries.

If you’ve not entered a Woman Who Achieves Awards, I would encourage you to go for it, you could become a Woman Who winner!
