Each year I am delighted to be asked again to judge the awards. The Woman Who awards are so well organised and inclusive, and FSB is delighted to involved. It’s great to see the range and caliber of Woman in Business from across the UK putting themselves forward. Awards are an excellent way to reflect, showcase and celebrate businesses and we encourage everyone to give it a go.

I am honoured to have been asked to judge at this year’s Woman Who Awards.

For me, as a previous winner the judges were the essence of why it felt so wonderful to win an award – the competition is tough and the judges have been in the shoes of the entrepreneurs. I can’t wait to get started and be inspired by all the amazing entries!

I’m delighted to support the Woman Who Awards again this year as a judge.

It’s a pleasure to watch women grow in confidence as they realise what they have achieved personally and professionally, and the work Sandra does to promote women in business is extraordinary.

I’ve been involved for a few years now as the photographer (as I continue to be) but I’m really looking forward to taking my involvement to the next level. I know know that many of the Woman Who community are doing incredible things and I can’t wait to hear their stories.

For three years I entered the Woman Who Achieves Awards and FSB Awards. All of those years I have successfully managed to get to the Finals. It’s hard enough entering awards and seeing how your business has progressed year on year.

Finally, I made it – A winner with both FSB and Woman Who!! So this year I am on the other side of the fence…a Judge!! Wow I thought entering Awards was tough BUT being on the judging team is toucher still. I know how hard it is for people to tell their business stories, share a bit of themselves and still stay focused on the award questions. I have to say I feel totally humbled by many of the businesses entries I have had the fortune to read. I know every one of the entries is a worthy winner…but they are all winners. They are all in business doing what they want to do…both for their customers, their families, and themselves.
