We are happy to refund your purchase up to 14 days prior to the Awards Lunch, after which time we are unable to make refunds as your meals etc will have been ordered. However, you may send someone to attend in your place. If the venue have to cancel for any reason, due to current Government restrictions, you will receive a full refund.

Bookings are allocated to a table upon receipt of payment. The earlier you book, the nearer you are to the front stage. You can tell us if you want to be seated near other guests when you book or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request. PLEASE NOTE: We may have to reduce the number of guests per table due to any social distancing measures still in place at the time.
No, your name and any guest names will be registered. On arrival you and any guests should check in at the Registration Desk.
Yes, you can change your names and menu choices up to 14 days prior to the Awards Lunch, after which these cannot be changed.

Yes, we need your menu choices as soon as possible and any dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to the Awards Lunch, so that we can ensure that the venue are aware in advance. Unfortunately, the venue are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements on the day. If you have not advised us in advance, you will be served the 'Default' menu options.
Of course! Last year around 20% of attendees were men and they had a very enjoyable afternoon. Men are very welcome and we already have men booked to attend.
Women usually wear dresses/business dress or smart day wear and men wear suits/jacket and tie or smart casual. We want you to be comfortable so please feel free to dress accordingly.
Drinks can be purchased by cash or card on the day. Alternatively if you wish to pre-order drinks for your table let us know and we will send you the pre-order wine list.
Our photographer will be taking photographs throughout the afternoon and the event is videod. If you specifically do not wish to be photographed, please let our photographer/videographer aware on arrival.
