If you hear the word communication, most of you will think of communication as talking, listening, and physical interaction with others. Although this is a fascinating topic in itself, communication is actually way more intricate than this.

You see to enable you to transmit information your body, especially your brain, needs to work to receive, interpret and respond –  this is in itself the most intricate form of communication, that you don’t notice, it’s automatic. But without these processes being synchronised and working synergistically, the talking, listening, and interacting don’t occur.

So the communication I’m going to discuss is cellular communication and energetic communication.

Frequency or resonance is how our body’s cells communicate with one another. This is how we are able to direct the information and do all of the things we do.

Frequencies connect us to our environment, and one another, and allow communication between things and information to flow. This helps us with the regulation of our body systems, which is an essential part of our immune response. Think about what happens when you are cold? You shiver. This is your body’s response to a stimulus and it communicates the response as shivering to generate heat. This is just one way that your body is receiving information, the nervous system transmits this to the brain, the brain interprets this, and then elicits a response.

Your Central Nervous System, comprised of your brain and spinal cord, interconnects and directs millions of incoming and outgoing messages per minute- without you being conscious of the process. How amazing is this!

The brain acts like a support computer and the spinal cord is like fiber-optic broadband, which provides a two-way conduction pathway to and from the brain, transmitting input and output. This is your very own communication highway.

Louise Hay indicates that our nerves are ‘receptive reporters’ and issues with the nervous system indicate issues with communication on both a micro or cellular and a macro or physical scale.

As a holistic health practitioner and coach, I work with frequencies on a daily basis, but you are all influenced by frequencies, all of the time.

Have you ever used a tuning fork? If you strike a tuning fork it vibrates at a predetermined frequency – just like nerves have individualised frequencies depending upon their individual function. However, they are influenced by frequencies- If you strike another tuning fork and bring it near to the other, it influences its resonance. The energy can literally change the vibration of the other.

Have you ever walked into a room of people and immediately felt “good vibes” and your mood, the way you feel has been elevated? This is your receiver or antennae, reading the frequencies in the room and you being influenced by them.

You are influenced by the frequencies being communicated to you, whether you sense them or not.

Your body is a series of frequencies or energetic communications. We know that with traditional Chinese medicine energy flows in the body through meridians, in Aruveydic medicine it flows through chakras, In frequency medicine it flows through the nervous system, in quantum medicine, it flows through cellular communication.

When your body is out of alignment, it tries to communicate this to you in the form of symptoms. However, you often don’t interpret these communications accurately.

It would also stand to reason that if you can restore the body’s default mode of self-healing by providing the frequencies it recognises as its own (normalising), it can utilise to restore and regulate nerve signaling, clearing and opening up the communication lines of the nervous system and strengthening signals.

When the energy flows our body works in harmony. The moment you understand this is the moment your life will change.

Albert Einstein  said; “We are slowed down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned into the cosmos.”

If you want to be part of the higher vibe tribe, then you need to literally raise your vibrational frequency- its quantum physics.

Everything is energy and we are beings vibrating on certain frequencies. Each vibration is equivalent to a feeling, and in the “vibrational” world there are only two kinds of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling causes you to emit a vibration which can be positive or negative.

So how can you influence your vibrational frequency?

Your Thoughts – Every thought sends out a frequency to the universe and that frequency returns to the source, so it is important to be mindful of your thoughts and to switch to a positive whenever you can. Take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.

Your Company – The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. Have you ever walked into a room and sensed that it was full of ‘good vibes’ and you wanted to stay, or been around someone and felt physically drained after a conversation with them? Surround yourself with happy, positive, and focussed people, you will also enter into this vibration.

Your Environment – Being in an organised, clean and uncluttered environment influences your vibrational frequency and attracts this into your life, and puts into the universe that you are ready to receive much more.

Your words – To keep your frequency high, it is essential to speak in a positive manner and take responsibility for your life. Remember you attract what you put out, so if you are forever complaining, guess what?

To elevate your communication, work on your inner self, and this will have a direct reflection and projection on your outer self.
