For the first 12 days in December, Woman Who is featuring Woman Who Achieves Academy Members in the 12 Days of Christmas.
Each feature will include a little about the featured member and what they are selling right now. You may even pick up a Christmas gift or two. It’s also a great opportunity to find out more about these amazing women in business.
Introducing today’s Academy Member feature Dawn Owen of Oxygen Coaching
Tell me a little about you and what you do?
What do I do?
Well, someone I know really well summed it up just the other day – ‘I get paid to tell people what they already know!’
I love being a coach! It’s so amazing, and such a privilege, to be able to be a part of someone’s life-changing moments.
To help someone recognise that they already have all the resources they need to be successful in whatever way they want; they just need a better way to access them, than they have currently been using!
Change doesn’t have to be a long drawn-out process – it can be super quick if you want it to be!
What has been your stand out moment of 2021?
Putting the fact that I got married to one side, my stand out moment has to be delivering ‘My Story’ at the Woman Who Awards in October.
This was something that was a huge deal for me, and a big part of moving forward and letting go of some of my own ‘Inner Crap’.
Standing up there on that stage, sharing my story, I felt the most vulnerable I had in years – and it felt good!
What or who would you like to see under your Christmas Tree this year?
A reMarkable! I can’t stand to see another post from someone about how great they are!!!
What are you promoting right now?
Right now, I’m promoting the next cohort of our Business Growth Blueprint, which kicks off at the end of January.
It’s a combination of knowledge, training and coaching that will not only give you a complete strategy for business development, but also ensure that you implement what you learn into your business.
It’s delivered over monthly 2 hour group coaching sessions, and supported by a monthly 1-2-1 30 minute coaching session, to ensure you implement what you have learned, to support you with any challenges and to provide accountability.
What are you looking forward to most in 2022?
2022 is going to be my fittest ever! After ‘Shredding for the Wedding’, I want to continue to build on that.
I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and having finally let go of being obsessed by the ‘scale weight’, I’m looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with a whole year of effort in this area.
What’s your favourite Christmas song?
I’m so traditional at Christmas – it has to be ‘All I Want For Christmas’ – Mariah
