I was completely overwhelmed at winning this award amongst so many inspiring women. The awards afternoon was so uplifting and it was brilliant to hear the story’s from the keynote speakers as well as celebrate the successes of all the incredible ladies present in the room.Thank you so much to Sandra for organising such an amazing event. I will treasure my award and have already shared this with my own family and with the children across our schools as I know how important it is to be a positive female role model.A day I will never forget. Thank you!

Rosie has had incredible success generating income for our Education Charitable Trust in the last year making a huge difference to the lives of over 3000 children. Embark Federation works with 14 schools and their communities.
After a background in performance arts, studying at the prestigious Mountview Academy, Rosie uses these skills now to great effect in her new role.
Rosie joined the trust early in 2019, the role was to generate income through sponsorship and grants as well as organising inspirational events for our children. She excelled in this delivering £15,000 of additional income in her first 7 weeks!
From the moment her interview started her infectious, enthusiastic approach and her willingness to be flexible and turn herself to any challenge with a fresh approach made her a big asset to her team. She is committed to her organisation, going over and above to raise awareness of her business and help her community and her team.
