What the Judges said:
“Catherine defines everything an outstanding team member should be. Ambition, tenacity and hard work have all played a key part in this international journey where the challenges of cultural and gender obstacles could have deterred others. A super role model to others this woman will only inspire others as she carves a path for other women to follow.”
“I am extremely excited, honoured and grateful beyond words to be receiving the “Woman Who Achieves – Outstanding Team Member” Award.
It was a most pleasant surprise, and I’m pleased to have achieved success not through seeking power, but through lifting other people up.
I would like to thank the judges for their recognition and belief in my potential. Such a privilege to be acknowledged alongside an esteemed group of business women.”
