Who is your role model and why?

My Mum. I lost her to pancreatic cancer 13 years ago. She devoted her life to caring for others as a nurse and from diagnosis to losing her 6 weeks later she remained dignified and left everything tidy and her children and Grandchildren emotionally prepared.

What’s the worst job you have ever had?

When I was 14 I worked in a hairdressers, I had to wash hair and sweep the floor and make drinks. I certainly knew from then the beauty industry wasn’t for me !

What’s the best business advice you have ever received?

What is your proudest achievement in business?

Growing the business club from 20 members to 60 plus in 2 years.

What’s your favourite business book?

Which personality or business person would you invite to sit on your dream Board of Directors and why?

JK Rowling – Believing in herself and continuing despite rejections and never taking her eye off her end goal.

If you were a cartoon character, who would you be?

Road runner as I work at 100 miles per hour

Tell us an amazing fact about you, that not many people know?

My first charity job was Fundraising & Marketing Manager. I took the job knowing I could even switch on a PC.
